FROM THE HEAD TEACHER'S DESK
I warmly welcome you to the website of Roseville Nursery and Primary School. It is a girls' primary school (mixed at nursey level) situated in Enugu State, east of Nigeria. The school started operations on the 2nd of September 2013 with classes from crèche to Grade 6.
Roseville Nursery/ Primary School is a project of Ugbuazu Foundation, a not-for-profit, non-governmental educational trust; it was set up in response to the need and consequent demand for a school, where children can be raised in an environment of trust, confidence and respect for themselves and others. We uphold virtues, high moral standards and academic excellence. Our pupils are taught to be the best they can be, and to make free and responsible decisions. We partner with our parents to achieve the school's vision and philosophy.
On this website, we have tried to summarize who we are and what we do as well as provide the needed information and resources to get to know our school better. We also share the same philosophy with Roseville Secondary School. which is a project of Ikota Education Foundation.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy is to raise children with sound principles who would be good sons and daughters to their parents, generous and loyal friends, responsible citizens who will contribute positively to society’s growth, but above all, a good son/daughter of God.
This philosophy stands on three main pillars; parental involvement, integral education, and personalized attention. It is open to people of all creeds and social background.

Our mission at Roseville School is to partner with parents to provide personalized education that addresses the unique needs of each child, cultivates independent thought, and promotes the building of character, enabling them to contribute to their communities in meaningful and positive ways.
Our Vision
Our vision is to be a leading school, providing all round formation for the total child, in accordance with Christian principles.
The project was envisioned by St. Josemaria Escriva de Balaguer, founder of Opus Dei, an institution of the Catholic Church. He motivated a group of parents and educationists to work together on school projects.
